Phase one is to discover our commonalities and work within the scope of our dynamics. It is important throughout the entire project that we understand one another and always maintain a clear vision of the goals and objectives we will define and see through until the project is completed.
Concepts & Strategies
Phase two is to make a strategic plan to achieve what we have conceptualized from phase one. Those strategies will include:
- Regularly scheduled meetings with key partners
- Identify the property or space to be created
- Define budgets and length of time for the project
- Researching and analyzing the feasibility and viability of the project
- Evaluate and define architectural styles, design elements and technologies for your innovative design.
- Research and decide on materials, colors, fabrics, patterns and nuances that complement each other within the space
- Begin refining details such as furnishings, lighting and other accessories and decorative elements that will complete your space.
Design & Build to Completion
After careful analysis, we will transfer all aspects of these phases into the blueprints for the end design project.
Project Management
Phase three will be a culmination of phases one and two and where we begin with alterating and creating the physical space.
